Terms of Service
Welcome to Zovari OS. By creating an account or using our print shop management software, you agree to these terms. Zovari OS is operated and supported by Brills Innovation.
1.1 Accounts & Billing
To use Zovari OS, you create a shop account with its own web address. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including the staff logins you create and the passwords you keep.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose - monthly or yearly. The Starter plan is free. Paid plans include a 7-day trial, after which billing begins. If a payment is missed, access to the account is paused until you renew; your records are kept while an account is paused and are not deleted.
1.2 Acceptable Use
You agree to use Zovari OS only for lawful business and print shop management. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our servers.
- Attempt to bypass the limits of your plan, such as branch limits, user limits, or sender settings.
- Send spam, fraudulent, or unlawful messages through the SMS or email features.
1.3 Limitation of Liability
Zovari OS is provided by Brills Innovation on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee that third-party services - such as SMS gateways, payment providers, or messaging APIs - will always be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, Brills Innovation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue arising from service downtime or interruptions outside our control.
